It's been a while since I posted an article "What Changed In The EV Industry …?" Written three months after the end of the month of November.

Below is a summary of the remarkable electric vehicle news from September and October.


Tesla Stuff

The Tesla Model 3 became the fifth-best-selling car in the United States and then the fourth-best-selling car.

Nissan & EVGo Launched I-95 (IC95) Fast Charger Linking Boston and DC with Fast Charging Stations

Kraftwerke & Jedlix Involved in Intelligent EV Charging Pilot Focusing on Demand-Response Solutions to Form a Virtual Power Plant

CHAdeMO and Chinese officials are working to create an ultra-fast CHAdeMO charging standard.

ChargePoint announced that 2.5 million charging stations for electric vehicles will be operational in the next 7 years.

Lucid Motors chose Electrify America as its charge network provider.

Audi, Amazon, Electrify America and Arcadia Power have teamed up to make a charging collision for electric vehicles.


LG Chem increased the 2020 production target for batteries by 70% from 70 GWh to 90 GWh.

EV Volumes showed how the chemistry of EV batteries has changed in recent years.

Other EV Stuff

 Cruise Automation
