Finding Health and Health Weight loss has led many people to diet, some of whom believe our ancestors have been followed but not everyone is a fan.

What is the Paleo diet?

It is sometimes referred to as a "caveman" diet because it is intended to mimic the eating habits of the people who lived in the Paleolithic – hunters and gatherers who probably ate a lot of protein and plenty of fiber due to their high consumption of meat and other animal products made from non-starchy vegetables and fruits with a low carbohydrate content. The diet also emphasizes a lower intake of carbohydrates and salt.

What can you eat with the Paleo diet?

The nutritional plan is very important for lean, grass fed meat, wild fish, vegetables, nuts, seeds, eggs and certain fruits. It also promotes monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats like avocado and olive oil.

What can not you eat on the Paleo diet?

The Paleo diet is rated "bad" in the US News & World Report 2019 Best Diets, # 33 of 41 diet plans. It was considered "extremely difficult" to be considered "minimally effective" when it came to heart health, and lack of good research to show that this could lead to sustained, long-term weight loss, the magazine said ,
