TORONTO – Ex-Nets guard Jeremy Lin – sent to the Hawks in a series of moves that brought Brooklyn to a series of picks – signed a deal in Atlanta.
The often injured guard will sign the birds of prey according to ESPN. And while those injuries – hamstrings in 2016/17 and a broken patella tendon on opening night last season – had ruined Lin's tenure, coach Kenny Atkinson was glad his longtime friend was landing on a contender.
