When and where to watch the Overwatch League finals and more

The opening season of Overwatch League comes to an end this weekend. It was a long, winding and sometimes downright funny road to the finals, where two underdog teams are fighting for money and fame.

I was not a believer. I enjoy Overwatch but I'm not one of his biggest fans, and I thought Blizzard's attempt to launch a competitive scene was doomed to failure. Sure, I was wrong. Or at least premature in my predictions. The OWL's first season was a success, especially for the unlikely teams that are now a best-of-three series, away from the Champions, Philadelphia Fusion and London Spitfire. The weekend's eSports schedule is also battle royale heavy, with major tournaments both in PUBG and Fortnite .

Below is where and when you can watch all major game contests

Overwatch League Championship

Both OWL finalists had inconsistent seasons, but did well under the recent DPS heavy meta-modeling, leaving no one can guess who is coming to the top and who takes home the $ 1 million-placed prize. Perhaps the merger will channel the Eagles and continue to bring their second trophy of the year to New York's outermost municipal district. Or maybe they'll be at the seams like the Sixers.

Philadelphia Fusion vs. London Spitfire kicks off tonight at 19:00 EST, followed by Game Two on Saturday, July 28 at 4:00 pm and Game Three, if necessary, at 6:00 pm. The event will be streamed on Twitch and air on ESPN tonight at 19:00. Meanwhile, Saturday at 3:00 pm, there will be a repeat of the Saturday talks with ABC. Fortnite Summer Skirmish

Epic Games' push in Esports has its heights as well as many downs-bad server connections, scams Besides the talent shown this weekend, it will be interesting to see whether the studio will iron out some of the kinks in its Summer Skirmish series.
