The Disney Fox deal is a big step closer to official completion, and when it's finally completed, the MCU will look different in a few years.
Shareholder reports on Disney came out this week and 21st Century Fox approved the deal, which would send 20th Century Fox and a host of other assets to Disney. Now it still needs to be approved and finalized by the regulators, but it seems that the days of Comcast or other companies entering bidding wars are being done.
This seems like a formality at the time, and many fans already imagine what an MCU is. These include features like the X-Men and Fantastic Four. Marvel has done an admirable job of dealing with such iconic characters in her interpretation of the Infinity Gauntlet, but these two circles of characters back in the fold allow for a host of other iconic stories.
The Fantastic Four have been important parts of several great Marvel Comics event books in the past, as have the X-Men. Not only does Marvel bring these characters back into other movies, they also gain access to a variety of storylines and galaxy areas that were taboo, so to speak.
Marvel has developed reasonably well in the past, adding certain characters such as Spider-Man or Contract subtleties to their own versions such as Quicksilver or the Skrulls in Captain Marvel
It is not expected that this deal will come up By the end of 201
But that will be here before we know it, and here are some of the first films that we think we'll see from the upcoming deal.
Fox's X-Men films were successful for the studio, but Marvel fans have longed for some time, It remains to be seen how they will treat the topic of the mutants as a whole by: Englisch: emagazine.credit-suisse.com/app/art … = 264 & lang = en they say that they were hiding among us all the time or were implementing some kind of event that activates the mutant genome Kick launches mutants at once.
The film would begin with Xavier and his original 5 mutants against Magneto and his brotherhood, but there would also be snippets of other mutants in the world, including the keys of future X-Men storm, Gambit, Colossus, Rogue, and of course Wolverine ,
Knowing Marvel, who will also introduce a few nods to other big concepts like Weapon X, the Hell Fire Club and the Purifiers they will build on for future movies, and the After Credit Day would be Wolverine.
Some will see Wolverine delay as a mistake, but Marvel is known to spend time with key characters, and Wolverine is the one Keys to the future as you get.
The character is introduced and referenced in the X-Men movie, but here fans really get to know him. This would be a mashup of the Wolverine Origins story of comics and the legendary Weapon X past, with a few allusions to past MCU films like the original Captain America: The First Avenger, like Logan, will have been alive at the time and you can continue integrate it into the MCU. We do not even need a scene with Cap and Logan for it to be rewarded, but we will not refuse it if they want it.
The film would also introduce a key or explain in more detail X-Men characters, including Sabretooth, Mariko, Lady Deathstrike, Alpha Flight and more. Ultimately, the film would end with Logan's meeting with Charles Xavier and lead into the first major group movie for the X-Men side of the MCU.
Now this concept could work in two ways.
The first would be after the first two X-Men films a culminating piece that the X-Men speak their Avengers movie so. This would be a shot of Giant Sized X-Men along with some other selected ideas that Marvel would like to use, bringing together the various X-Men they have shown in other films.
The other route they could take is just to make the first X-Men movie out of it. Marvel usually builds his teams slowly and does not build them up immediately. That may seem strange. To be fair, the X-Men are not like the Avengers this way and may not need the same requirement.
The Avengers were all separate heroes who came together to fight when the time came. The X-Men
They would still get a Watchmen-style montage to show how the team has changed over the years, but they do not necessarily need a whole movie tied to their origins. As I said, it seems unlikely, but possible.
The Fantastic Four are central to several major Marvel events, but one of the recent memories is Secret Wars, and it could be for the MCUs are doing what the Infinity War is doing now.
That would of course blow everything up and put it back together in a unique way. We all know Avengers 4 will return us most of the heroes we lost in the Infinity War, but even if we get them back, the odds are the landscape and the heroes in total will not be the same, surely be one or two outputs.
The same could be said for Secret Wars, which redesigned the universe in Doom's image and made him the godlike ruler of the universe. This was a heavy Fantastic Four event, leading to several fragmented books that produced strange and new versions of characters and worlds.
This would probably be a bit further down as it would be a great event for the Infinity War style a future stage.
Marvel Studios has been able to create an annihilation Movie now if he wanted but it would not be close what it could be. With Fox & # 39; character stables in his hand, he could really exploit his potential.
Annihilation is one of the best events and simply anywhere
Receiving Fox's Fantastic Four characters means that Annihlus and his domain are Silver Surfer and Super-Skrull. The other players are usually on board, including Thanos, and would be a great way for the rogue to make a return across the board.
This seems to be a breeze, and the good news is that Fox has already managed to make this story pretty good History, but Marvel could probably do better.
That would be a bit further down the hurdle for the MCU X-Men, mind you, as Marvel Studios first want to establish the cast in their regular roles. If you did, you can really show what hatred of mutants could do to the temporarily unaffected world, the MCU. Apart from Infinity War, we have not really seen the MCU go to many dark places, and this story would certainly give Marvel a chance to explore more of these topics.
Seeing what they did to the various comic homages of the Civil War I can not wait to see them performing similar magic on such an iconic X-Men story.
Speaking of Great Events, Few
This story touches almost everyone in the MCU in some ways and would provide a surreal alternative universe to heroes like Thing, Ms. Marvel, Wolverine and more. It would also make a compelling job with Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlett Witch, who I'm going to The focus of the event is more than just the actors who make this story an unforgettable experience.
It could also prepare a number of things for the X-Men, including the infamous "No More Mutants" words that changed
