Is Müller almost done? Legislators will ask their boss

Members of Congress have many questions for incumbent Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, most of all: is the investigation of election campaigns in Russia shadowing the first two years of President Donald Trump's upcoming term? Whitaker's request to answer questions about his role in supervising the special investigation of Robert Mueller in Russia was questioned on Thursday as he had been battling with the legislature to force him to talk about his talks with the president speak. But the Department of Justice said late Thursday Whitaker will testify before the House Justice Committee on Friday morning. Whitaker surprised Washington last month when he said the investigation he took when Trump drove Jeff Sessions out in November was "close to completion" ̵
