This season of Real Housewives Of New York was a real sip – Season 10 started like a rocket ship and has not slowed down since then. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing the show the real-life events that we've already heard in the tabloids – Bethenny and Carole's friendship questions, the cruise ship edition from now on, and now Luann de Lesseps Arrest in Palm Beach. In the episode of May 30 Real Housewives Of New York viewers got a taste of the police shots filmed by Luann's arrest the night before, and it certainly looks interesting. Will Luann be jailed by Real Housewives? According to the Countess, this night was a big mistake.
At least the fans got more insight into Luann's state of mind this night, thanks to this week's episode. At Bethenny's holiday party, the group shared their plans for Christmas week, and Luann mentioned spending Christmas with her brother in Jupiter, Florida. It was her first Christmas alone (that is, not in a relationship) and so she decided to spend it with her extended family. Luann is still clearly affected by her divorce ̵
Entering the Night of December 23, 2017. It was the evening Luann was arrested and charged, according to the Sheriff's Office Palm Beach County over people alleged disorder and battery on an officer, as well as alleged resistance to arrest by force and allegedly threatening an official. At Luann's arrest, Bustle attacked Bravo and Luann's agent, but got no answer.
The Palm Beach Police Department sent a report on Luann's arrest and it is said that Luann had allegedly resisted arrest after she first slipped out of her handcuffs. Then she allegedly said to the captivating officer "I'll kill you" (this was also shown in Real Housewives of New York k). The report also states that Luann allegedly tried to escape the police car. All this was triggered by Luann's police report and a friend who allegedly came to a room at the Colony Hotel that was not their own. A security guard tried to let her go, but the couple did not and the security officer called the police.
The Palm Beach Post reported that Luann was released on her own the following day, and she published a statement on Twitter shortly after expressing her remorse for the whole incident:
The Palm Beach Procuratorate confirmed that Luann must be charged with a battery withdrawal against an officer, which, according to the Florida Department of Corrections, carries a maximum of five years behind bars. According to E Luann pleaded not guilty on all charges, and she issued a statement declaring that she would go to a detox clinic for alcohol treatment:
Her stay lasted about a month, with Luann thanked for Twitter for all who stood by her. According to Us Weekly Luann's attorneys filed a lawsuit in February and an April court hearing was scheduled for a status review.
In April, Luann reported Bravo's entire experience ] The Daily Court saying, "I mean, I have a court date pending in April. Obviously that kind of comes over my head and I can not wait Obviously you know I regret what happened, I apologized and I just want it to be over. "Luann wants to go on, she says, and she's – she's just in season 10 of Real Housewives Of New York and their cabaret show is sold out in New York and San Francisco.
April has come and gone, and nothing specific has been said regarding Luann's conviction. It is possible that Luann could serve a prison sentence, but certainly not a matter of course. For the time being, Luann's salvation journey continues, and she seems to be making good on her goals to make amends and defeat her demons.
