Wu-Tang Clan Lead "C.R.E.A.M." and more for NPR's Tiny Desk

Wu-Tang Clan enters the tiny stage. Yesterday (4 December), the crew moved into the offices of NPR to perform for their Tiny Desk concert series. The concert was in honor of Wu-Tang's 1993 album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) which was 25 years old at the beginning of this year. Raekwon, RZA, GZA, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Cappadonna, Masta Killa, and Ol's Dirty Bastard's son were all present for the epic performance.

During their 20-minute performance, Wu performed a handful of hits. The group played "Triumph", switched to "Protect Ya Neck" and ended with "C.R.E.A.M." Raekwon borrowed the spotlight when he introduced "Glaciers of Ice" along with Killa from his 1995 album Only Built 4 Cuban Linx .

The W becomes "C.R.E.A.M." on a special logotype vinyl on December 14th. They also announced plans for a pair of shows in Philly and New York, which will start on Instagram early next year. The shows celebrate the 25th anniversary of their album.

"Philly Come celebrates the 36th birthday of 36 Chambers," began the Instagram title. "We will take over the Franklin Music Hall on January 25, 1919. The tickets will go on sale Friday."
