The XFL announced Wednesday that renewal 2020 will begin immediately after the end of the NFL season and now the team locations / stadiums have been confirmed
The XFL 2020 launch will take place on February 8 – on the weekend after the Super Bowl, and Commissioner Oliver Luck said on Wednesday press that player safety was a big focus this time around.
Luck also said the XFL will be fast, affordable, family-friendly and as technologically advanced as possible. He also pointed out that the league will be sending competitive salary offers to potential players, including ex-NFL stars and college athletes.
The team locations / stadiums are as follows:
New Jersey – MetLife Stadium
Dallas – Globe Life Park
Houston – TDECU Stadium
Los Angeles – Stub Hub Center
St. Louis – The Dome
Seattle – Centurylink Field
Washington D.C. – Audi Field
Tampa Bay – Raymond James Stadium
According to Luck … more than 30 stadiums have expressed interest. However, these sites have been chosen to build true partnerships with permanent cities / locations.
