York City Police arrested a man who was to be interrogated on Friday, April 27, for the fatal death of 18-year-old Nylik Roger Moore.
An anonymous man tip led police to West Manchester Township, where Shanquay Ritter was picked up at a vehicle stop around 7:45 pm, according to a news bulletin from the city police.
Ritter, 21, of York City wore a bullet-proof vest and was in possession of cocaine at the time of his arrest, police state.

He was arrested for possession accused of supplying and owning crime-proofing equipment for the bullet-proof vest.
The West Manchester City Police and the Pennsylvania State Police helped arrest the city police
Police announced on Tuesday, April 24, that Knight was being questioned about Moore's murder earlier that day Called the 100th block of East Maple Street for a report on shots fired shortly after 5:00 pm
When the police arrived, they found Moore from North York, shot dead in his back and legs.
Moore was taken by ambulance to York Hospital According to York County Coroner's Office, he was pronounced dead at 5:38.
Moore's friend, 20-year-old Jashan Wilson of York City, was shot in the same arm at the same time, the police said] The murder happened on the same day as another shootout.
Tuesday morning, 43-year-old Walter Jenkins of York City was shot to the head in Park Street, police said. He said he was targeted.
Jenkins was sent to York Hospital in Critical Condition According to Police
Interim York Sheriff Troy Bankert told the York Dispatch that he could not immediately answer questions about whether the recent shootings are related to gang violence or how many it is believed that these shootings are linked.
It was the second time that the York City Police issued a press release looking for Ritter to question him about a street shot.
Last summer, police said they wanted to talk to Ritter, Flair Griggs, and Anton Hampton about the Aug. 21, 2017, Manslaughter of Jamere Cherry, 28, in front of his home in 200-block East Gas Avenue
Police So far nobody has been involved in Cherry's murder.
