The show opens with voiceovers by various Young and the Restless actors who talk about what Kristoff St. John means to them and how they feel about them while a photomontage is playing. This is followed by a film in which Kristoff receives his Daytime Emmy Award for an outstanding younger actor in a daytime drama series.
The Beginning … A Scene from Kristoff's Early Days Y & R is shown. Then, in the penthouse set, Victoria Rowell remembers when he was occupied, and Bill Bell told her he had found her love interest – he was beautiful. A scene is playing in which Neil gives advice to a younger Malcolm. Shemar Moore recalls his audition, how scared he was and how heavy he was when Kristoff arrived. St. John had his back and said to Bill Bell when he was asked to "pull back the frightened boy in baseball cap to play my brother." He said, "He still has a long way to go, but I know he can." Next, a father / daughter scene with Neil and A Young Lily airs and Kristoff hears as Christel Khalil takes over the role. Khalil talks about St. John as an actor and a scene of it before Lily's wedding is played. In scenes with Kristoff, Khalil had the feeling that she was talking to her father. Kristoff is seen as he thought of her as a daughter. They switch to Neil and Devon and some of their scenes are aired. Bryton James notices how confident he felt in St. John. The scene in which Devon hears after his surgery plays. James talks about how he got the energy to build it. Moore nods.

In the living room of Abbott, Peter Bergman talks about how well he got to know Kristoff St. John over 37 years old and a scene where the characters first interact with each other, then a newer scene where Neil sponsored Jack during a crisis. Bergman says Kristoff "took over". In the penthouse, Mishael acknowledges Morgan's voice as she ponders the feelings of St. John, then returns to Abbott for Jess House back Walton An "early" scene by Jill and Neil plays as well as one of Lily and Cane's wedding receptions. Daniel Goddard remembers wondering about St. John's depth as an actor in a scene where he had to tell Neil that he was in love with Lily. He realized that he was an icon and in the presence of greatness. The emotional scenes follow with Neil and his mother on their deathbed. Neil and Hilary's wedding are next shown, and Morgan recalls how Kristoff dropped a line to aid her in the scene. On the Abbott set, Eileen Davidson talks about her recent work with St. John when Neil and Ashley met unexpectedly. Her slow dance scene is broadcast and Davidson weeps as she remembers that St. John, whatever his personal life, was always taking the time to ask for others. After reviewing Drucilla's and Neil's first wedding, Rowell says it's easy to work with him. She can not imagine that she will ever have a scene partner like him again, especially not for 14 years. The infamous Masquerade Ball of Young and Restless is shown, and Kristoff It is said that there will never be another memory, as everyone was on set. In the Crimson Lights set, Sharon Case and Josh Morrow talk about St. John, with Morrow recalling their basketball scene. In the penthouse, James, Khalil and Moore congregate as they remember Kristoff's Ad-Libs. They switch to Victor's office, where Melody Thomas Scott and Eric Braeden laugh, and Braeden recalls that St. John was a ray of sunshine. Kristoff is seen as he loves Eric. Behind the scenes of St. John joking about the jokes. Rowell and Thomas Scott comment on Kristoff St. John's zest for life. Bryton James adds that he has decided to be happy. A Neil / Sharon scene is playing, and Case remembers the actor who's jumping around and having a good time. Amelia Heinle is glad that she hugged him the last time, and Rowell, Walton and Thomas Scott are also amazed by his hugs. Jason Thompson shares a thought, then Marla Adams talks about the meeting with the "friendly and generous man". Moore notices his unconditional love when he considers him a brother. Doug Davidson reads a passage on the terrace that St. John once sent.

A Neil / Katherine Scenes Airs and John's comments on his performances on Young and Restless . Moore remembers Kristoff as a mentor – he'll keep trying to make him proud. Josh Morrow hopes he knew how much he loved him; They all did it. Bergman says his greatest gift is that he reminded them all to be grateful. Lauralee Bell hopes to be up there with her father, Bill Bell. Rowell talks about the heritage that was built. Finally, you see Kristoff saying, "I love you." The plaque "In Loving Memory" is shown.
