The 11-year-old Avengers fan who dreamed of meeting the actors behind his favorite Marvel characters died on Wednesday. Fox News anchor Shannon Bream, who made Pachón's wish come true in his last days, confirmed his death on Twitter.

"Twitterverse, young Emilio has lost his battle thanks to the thousands who have heard from some of his heroes in the last few days, you lit his hospital room and blessed his family, Emilio's simple request sparked an avalanche of goodness and wonder out, "she wrote.

Earlier this week, Bream posted a message on Twitter asking if any superhero actors would send a supporting message to Pachón sick and a big fan of The Avengers

On Wednesday, Bream shared links to a book written by Pachón before his death and a video showing him and his family.

"Please pray for Emilio Lieben, as they now mourn his death, he wrote a book last year, and all profits go to the foundation, which they began to help other families with the same struggles," she wrote.

She also noted that "all Avengers / heroes who wanted to send messages can now instruct them to" Pachón's twin brothers who, "she said," are also your big fans. "
